Diana Hulme

Judi Hulme is a NASM-certified Group Fitness Instructor in Laramie who teaches small-group classes for adults of all ages and abilities—from competitive athletes to people new to exercise. She’s known for a fun, supportive class atmosphere that keeps participants motivated and coming back. Her coaching emphasizes movement quality, postural alignment, and safe mechanics to build strength, endurance, balance, and mobility for lifelong fitness. She brings a lifelong sport and training background (aerobics, yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, and decades of strength training) and is also a PSIA Level 3 cross-country ski instructor with 20+ years of experience teaching group and private lessons at camps and clinics nationwide, with age-group podium finishes in regional, national, and international races.

Group Fitness Training Sessions

Monday - Friday  6:00am 7:00am

Monday - Friday  Noon - 1:00pm

Monday - Thursday 4:30pm-5:30pm
