Can't make a scheduled class? Our flexible open gym hours allow you to complete workouts on your own schedule or bring a training partner for added motivation. Ages 5-12
A time to learn and play on the obstacles, with the help of coaches and a focus on fun! We start with an easy warm-up to get things moving and get our joints mobilized. Then, we break up the class into groups based on skill level and age. Each group will rotate between stations that work on different obstacles and skills. Then, the groups come together to play one of our amazing and fun ninja games. We end class with a cool down stretch to help lengthen the muscles that were just put to the test.
