We believe in providing top-notch ninja training for children and adults of all ages and levels. Our 60-minute classes are designed to cater to infants as young as a few months old, all the way up to adults. With experienced and certified instructors, we create a safe and nurturing environment for your child to develop their ninja skills and build confidence to conquer obstacles anywhere. Whether your little one is a beginner or an advanced ninja, our comprehensive program ensures they receive the personalized attention they need to excel. Ages 2-5
A time to explore and meet new friends! We start with 10 minutes of exploration where parents and toddlers explore the gym together. Then, we do an fun and easy warm-up to get things moving and get our joints mobilized. The majority of the class is spent working in stations that work on different obstacles and skills. Depending on the day, we may play a fun game with our friends. We end class with a cool down stretch to help lengthen the muscles that were just put to the test. Families can bring older kids for unstructured open gym at the same time.
Ages 5-12
Beginning / Novice Ninjas
Perfect for first-timers, new ninjas, and younger ninjas!
This class focuses on the fundamentals of ninja movements. Climbing, swinging, balance, coordination, and confidence. Ninjas will learn safe techniques while building strength and agility through fun obstacle-based activities. No experience needed—just a great attitude and a sense of adventure!
Ages: 5-12
Ideal for: New ninjas, younger ninjas or those with less than 6 months of experience.
Ages 6-14
Intermediate / Advancing Ninjas
For ninjas who are ready to level up.
This class is designed for those with basic ninja skills who are ready for more challenge and structure. Athletes will work on technique, flow, and obstacle progression—learning how to link movements and tackle more advanced elements like warped walls, lache combos, and transitions.
Weekdays (Monday-Friday)
3:30pm to 4:30pm and 5:30 to 6:30pm
Ages: 6-14
Ideal for: Ninjas with some experience, or by coach recommendation.
Invite Only
Competitive, focused, and built for growth.
This class is for dedicated athletes who are training at a higher level and possibly competing in ninja leagues. We focus on advanced technique, conditioning, mental toughness, and course strategy. Includes timed runs, feedback, and custom progressions.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
4:30 to 5:30pm
Optional conditioning session start at 4:00pm
Ages: 6-17
Ideal for: Competitive and coach-invited ninjas with strong fundamentals and consistent commitment.
Requires Monthly Membership
Ages 13+
