Open Gym for Obstacle Courses

Unstructured time in the Ninja Arena

Great for all ages and families in particular

Open Gym for Fitness

Get in some functional fitness or strength training

Use our Treadmills, Bikes, Rowers, or Ski Ergs


Monday - 1:00pm to 7:00pm

Tuesday - Thursday: 9:00am to 7:00pm

Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm

Saturday: 10am - 5pm

Sunday: 1pm - 5pm


Personal Training Options and Group classes available too

Toddler Classes & Open Play

Great for toddlers age 5 and under.  Social time for toddlers and parents. Families welcome to bring older siblings to do open gym during toddler times.


Ages: 2-5


Toddler Ninja Classes

 Tuesday & Friday 10:00 am-11:00 am

 Wednesday evening at 5:30pm

 Saturday 9:00am - 10:00am


Toddler Open Play 

  Monday  1:00pm to 3:00pm

  Tuesday through Saturday 9:00am - 12:00pm

Beginning / Novice Ninjas

Perfect for first-timers, new ninjas, and younger ninjas!
This class focuses on the fundamentals of ninja movement—climbing, swinging, balance, coordination, and confidence. Ninjas will learn safe techniques while building strength and agility through fun obstacle-based activities. No experience needed—just a great attitude and a sense of adventure!


Ages: 5-12

Ideal for: New ninjas, younger ninjas or those with less than 6 months of experience.

 

Monday - Friday: 3:30pm - 4:30pm

Intermediate / Advancing Ninjas

For ninjas who are ready to level up.
This class is designed for those with basic ninja skills who are ready for more challenge and structure. Athletes will work on technique, flow, and obstacle progression—learning how to link movements and tackle more advanced elements like warped walls, lache combos, and transitions.


Weekdays (Monday-Friday)

3:30pm to 4:30pm and 5:30 to 6:30pm


Ages: 6-14
Ideal for: Ninjas with some experience, or by coach recommendation.

Team / Elite Ninjas

Competitive, focused, and built for growth.
This class is for dedicated athletes who are training at a higher level and possibly competing in ninja leagues. We focus on advanced technique, conditioning, mental toughness, and course strategy. Includes timed runs, feedback, and custom progressions.


 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

  4:30 to 5:30pm

  Optional conditioning session start at 4:00pm

 

Ages: 6-17
Ideal for: Competitive and coach-invited ninjas with strong fundamentals and consistent commitment.
